ABSTRACT:
Humans are inherently social creatures, deeply influenced by the psychological environments within their communities. However, research on its efficacy in an Indian context remains limited. Therefore, there's a pressing need to investigate how Transcendental Meditation affects both physical and psychosocial aspects specific to the Indian populace. This exploration could shed light on its potential as a powerful tool for mitigating stress and enhancing well-being in the unique socio-cultural landscape of India.
